The UCD School of Medicine EDI Committee seeks to understand and improve aspects of our School, including but not limited to, those covered by the 10 equality grounds of the University: Age, Civil status, Disability, Family status including carer status, Gender (including gender identity), Traveller community membership, Ethnicity (race, skin colour, nationality or ethnic origin), Religion, Sexual orientation, and Socio-economic-status.
We are continuously looking at ways to ensure our staff and students have access to the tools and information they need to thrive in our School and beyond. We are actively developing initiatives in response to staff and student feedback in support of this.
