EDI Annual Report 2018-2019

Professor Colin Scott, UCD Vice-President for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, recently launches the new EDI Annual Report 2018-2019:

"The report sets out the many actions and achievements that contribute towards the implementation of the University’s EDI Strategic Objectives. At the heart of the objectives, which will enable to create an inclusive culture in which all are able to flourish, including appropriate measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination, are a set of actions which assist us to:

  • engage with the University community and beyond on EDI
  • collect evidence about progress on EDI
  • raise awareness of the importance of EDI values
  • support employees, students and wider community

This report is important in reflecting on how much is being done, but also recognising how much more there is to do to make UCD a truly inclusive organisation and end all forms of discrimination."
