Repeat Module - Time Conflict Over-ride Form.

If your repeat module has a time conflict with next stage modules that you wish to take, please complete and submit this form.  You will be asked to list the components of the repeat module for which you require reattendance exemption.

Your application to over-ride a time conflict for the repeat module will be forwarded to the Module Coordinator for determination.

You will be notified of the Module Coordinator’s decision  and, if required, your module registration will be amended in accordance with this decision.

Prerequisite Over-ride.

You will be asked to confirm details of both the module that you wish to register to, and the prerequisite module that is currently impacting your module registration.

Typically, perquisite issues arise in situations where

• A resit / repeat  is pending
• You do not have the required Prior Learning
• Prior Learning from another institution has yet  to be evaluated

Your application to over-ride a prerequisite to facilitate your registration to a current / next stage module will be forwarded to the Module Coordinator for determination.

You will be notified of the Module Coordinator’s decision  and your module registration will be amended in accordance with this decision.
