Muse-unveiling: Rethinking Heritage through University Museums You are invited to explore two virtual exhibitions with Muse-Unveiling - curated by the Una Europa Cultural Heritage Self-Steering Committee - that share and reinterpret university heritage through collaborative storytelling and digital innovation. Discover the rich cultural and environmental treasures housed at museums of some of the Una Europa partner universities and discover new perspectives on heritage, identity, and sustainability. There are two immersive virtual exhibitions: ‘The Heritage of the Dialogue and Circulation of Ideas between Universities’ and ‘Unveiling the Environmental Heritage of University Museums’. |

Student Board representative (volunteer) We are now seeking a student to represent UCD on the Student Board of Una Europa. The Student Board engages with key stakeholders to ensure student perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes at Una Europa, and it advocates for the student voice to be heard and reflected in the work of the alliance. The Student Board also works closely with Una Europa Local Task Forces to implement student-led projects and foster local engagement, collaborate with the central Student Engagement Team and to act as a link between Una Europa students and staff. |

Interdisciplinary training programme for doctoral researchers & supervisors | Europe and the World This interdisciplinary doctoral training programme is for candidates from social sciences, humanities and law domains who are working on topics related to global governance and Europe’s place in the world. Researchers and PhD supervisors can apply to participate. Explore cutting-edge methods, tools and best practices through two online sessions and a week-long in-person training at Universiteit Leiden. Grow your network and have inspiring conversations with academics, policymakers and publishers. There is no tuition fee. Up to 3 PhD students and up to 3 supervisors from UCD will be selected; travel and accommodation costs will be covered by UCD. |

Una Europa–Africa Seed Funding Lecture | Scaling AMR action in Africa: Beyond action plans to impact Join Professor Thumbi Mwangi of the University of Nairobi (Kenya) for this special lecture introducing antimicrobial resistance in Africa and explore future perspectives on Europe-Africa collaboration in antimicrobial resistance surveillance, research and education. This lecture is held as part of the Global Surveillance of Antimicrobial Resistance: tools, technologies and methods (GLOSAR) project – an initiative made possible by Una Europa–Africa Partnership Seed Funding. NEXTAFRICA One Health Europe–Africa Summit on Veterinary Public Health and Food Safety Focused on addressing global health and agricultural challenges, the NEXTAFRICA project supports the objectives of the Africa Food Safety Strategy (FSSA 2022–2036) and contributes to achieving at least seven of the UN’s SDGs. The project will culminate in a series of thematic workshops (11–26 June) and an international conference (27 June), which together offer a rich programme focused on research, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Una Europa Seed Funding Call 2025 Una Europa invites researchers from all disciplines to a webinar to launch the Una Europa Seed Funding Call 2025. This year's Seed Funding Call includes an option to involve international university partners beyond the existing alliance partners. Up to 10 projects will be funded, with a maximum budget of €40,000 per project. |
