Staff Module Enrolment (MAMS)
Access for instructors and tutors to Brightspace is controlled through the Module Access Management System. This access can be granted by the Module Co-ordinator or the school office from UCD Connect > Info Hub > Student > Module Access Management System.
When an instructor is added or removed as a module co-ordinator within the Curriculum Management System they are automatically added to the MAMS then within 24 hrs the update will appear in the Brightspace system. For more information please see Registry Curriculum - Module Access Management.
If you are added to a module in MAMS but cannot see your module within Brightspace even after the 24 hour recommended time, first confirm that you are added to the correct year within MAMs for that module.
For assistance with modules and MAMs you should contact your Module Co-Ordinator, or the Curriculum Liaison team if the module co-ordinator is unavailable.
