The SNMHS Mental Health Team, with support from the HSE and University of Galway are delighted to introduce the third Virtual Mental Health Nursing Journal Club this trimester with guest Ms Clare Flanagan. Ms Flanagan will deliver a talk titled 'Enhancing communication with Old Age Psychiatry and Primary Care'.

Presenting ANP led activity on ‘Enhancing communication between Old Age Psychiatry and primary care’. The purpose of this activity was to enhance communication and working relationships between colleagues in Primary care and the Department of Old Age Psychiatry in HSE Community Healthcare East (CHE) following the covid 19 pandemic.
