Promote Your Research Workshop

UCD Research, in collaboration with SNMHS deliver a 'Promote your Research' workshop on Wednesday  18th January 11.00am - 1.00pm. The workshop was held in the Red Room, UCD Student Centre. 

The purpose of the workshop was to help researchers increase the visibility and impact of their outputs. The workshop was chaired by the Associate Dean for  Research, Innovation and Impact, Dr. Deirdre O’ Donnell and included excellent presentations from UCD  Research Analytics and Impact colleagues.

Workshop Presentations:

• Liam Cleere (Senior Manager, Research Analytics and Impact) - an overview of research metrics - quantitative tools to measure the quality and impact of research outputs.
• Caroline Byrne (Communications Manager, Research) - the different channels, tools and techniques to communicate your research and an overview of the resources and supports that are available at UCD.
• David Bennett (Research Impact Offi cer) - how to capture and communicate your research impact, including how to write a good impact case study.
