Ageing and Long Term Conditions (ALIGN) Research Cluster

Vision

The ALIGN vision is to promote quality of life through enabling older people and people living with long term conditions (LTC) to optimise physical, cognitive and psychosocial health, enhance resilience and well-being, and when the time comes, to access supportive end-of-life care.

Mission

Our mission is to research health topics that matter to older people and people with LTC, to generate and accelerate evidence translation, to enhance clinical practice, improve health system responsiveness, and influence policy.

Our work is focused on co-designed interventions, novel and multi-methods evaluation.
