March 20th 2024

The opening date for accommodation applications for 2024/25 existing/continuing students are now open. You can make a booking application regardless of whether you have lived in UCD Residences before. Prices for accommodation for 2024/25 are yet to be confirmed, but may be subject to a possible 2% increase on the current prices for 2023/24. You can view the current 2023/24 prices for accommodation here: UCD Accommodation Fees 2023/2024

All applications will be randomised on March 19th 2024, and rooms will be offered according to your position on this waitlist. Please note that while you can still apply after March 19th, you will be placed at the back of the waitlist and this may reduce your chances of getting offered a room in UCD Residences.

Please see the following guide on how to submit your accommodation application: UCD Residences Booking Application Guide
