UCD IRIS Research Event 28th October 2021: Thinking Systems - Improving Health - Inspiring Change

Dear colleagues, 

We look forward to welcoming you to the above event on Thursday 28th October 2021.

In light of the escalating number of COVID-19 patients and the additional pressures on healthcare staff, we have made some changes to the programme. We are opening our Research Galleries early to allow participants maximum time to view presentations and videos on all 3 themes before the panel discussions on Thursday.  These can be accessed from today by clicking on our (opens in a new window)event's Padlet. 

On Thursday we will kick off at 9.30am with a welcome and introduction to the event and padlet. We will be hosting 3 parallel discussions at  the end of the morning (12-12.30pm) and afternoon session (4.15-4.45 pm)  and participants may self-select into these on the day. More details on these and Zoom links to join will appear on the padlet next week. 

We have regrettably taken the decision to postpone Day 2 of the event until the Spring of 2022 to facilitate greater involvement from clinical and frontline staff. However, our PADLET will continue to provide a platform for showcasing the health systems research, innovations and collaborations that are being generated by the IRIS team. We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday the 28th to our showcase and panel discussions with our researchers. If you have not yet registered for the event,
