MA & Graduate Diploma
(One Year Full Time or Two Years Part Time) 2020-21

Our Masters/Graduate Diploma in Gender Studies has developed over twenty-five years to become the most established gender studies programme in Ireland. Drawing on feminist, gender, queer, trans* and masculinities theories and methodologies our programme offers students an opportunity to engage with vibrant, intersectional scholarship that reflects our rapidly evolving economic and social worlds.

Gender Studies at UCD are deeply committed to innovative teaching methods. Our programme will appeal to students interested in challenging traditional ways of thinking and knowing and engaging in dynamic and disruptive learning environments.

We know from our graduates that our programme will strongly equip those who seek to transform gendered relations and challenge social and economic inequalities based on social solidarity and gender justice.

GENDER RELATIONS are changing in Ireland and globally – we invite you to explore and create change with us!
