CHR hosts film-makers Anne Daly and Ronan Daly of Ezperanza Productions for screening of their powerful documentary film, Syria: The Impossible Revolution

Friday, 13 April, 2018

On April 11th 2018, the Centre hosted film-makers Anne Daly and Ronan Daly of Ezperanza Productions at Law School for screening of their powerful documentary film, Syria: The Impossible Revolution.

A large turn-out of students and staff engaged in a wide-ranging discussion with Anne and Ronan after the film on the lack of knowledge and apparent indifference of many people to the real dynamics of the crisis; and the vital need for more human rights advocates to get involved in efforts to ensure accountability for gross human rights violations of innocent civilians in Syria.

The film is available to watch (opens in a new window)here and on (opens in a new window)Amazon Prime in the UK and US.
