Service Lead - Researching

As Service Lead for Research, Andrea is focused on the people, services and processes that enable researchers and their support staff to deliver their research objectives. Improving the experience and service of both the researcher on the ground and the supporting units will be a key focus.

Andrea is partnering with and actively seeking ideas for transformations, input and solutions from users and support units that enable, lead and support these activities.

Service Lead - University Living

As Service Lead for University Living, Suzanne is focusing on the people, services and processes that enable us to live, work and study in UCD. As Service Lead, improving the experience and service of all those staff involved in enabling these activities will be a key focus.
