On completion of this module students will be able to
• Critically analyse the operational and strategic challenges involved in managing a global business
• Identify the key strategic decisions involved in developing and implementing sustainable supply chain solutions for a global business
• Develop and effectively communicate a strategic plan to enhance global business performance through operations and supply chain excellence
• Analyse and provide critical feedback on peer’s work, and effectively analyse their own work

Feedback from the first assessment will be provided online to each student, and feeds into the work on the group assessment. In the group project, formative assessment is carried out as well as peer assessment at various stages of the project.
