Students who participate fully in this module (regular attendance and submission of weekly work) and who complete it successfully should be able to:
-- read and follow intellectually complex arguments in sophisticated written French
-- manipulate and express ideas related to the readings in correct and complex French
-- understand and offer comments on audio/visual discussions in correct and complex spoken French
-- engage in spontaneous conversation on a range of topics.

Students must have passed French Language 2a and 2b (FR20020 and FR20040).
Learning Exclusions:Students who have already completed FR30010 or FR30130 must consult the module coordinator if they intend to register for either FR30310 or FR30320.
Learning Recommendations:Level 2 French Literature modules incorporating a significant reading load in French.

• Feedback individually to students, on an activity or draft prior to summative assessment
Weekly exercises practise the activities examined in assessments. These activities are marked and returned with feedback. Students also receive informal oral group feedback on these activities in small-group settings.
