• give a short presentation on an academic topic (spoken production)
• discuss a semi-specialist topic in a reasonably fluent manner (spoken interaction)
• understand the main points in a range of spoken texts (listening)
• recognise significant points in factual texts on semi-specialist topics (reading)
• write coherent texts in an academic style (writing)
