On successful completion of this module, students will:- Have an in-depth knowledge of research developments in diseases relevant to their area of research- Be proficient at critically evaluating their own and others research- Be adept at discussing the impact of their own and others work on their research area- Be professionally competent in communicating their work and ideas to peers- Be able to defend their work to peers -Be able to evaluate and adjudicate on research presentations

There are two Research presentation sessions where students both present their own research and give feedback to other students

Students must participate in 12 journal club sessions throughout the year.
