Digital Business-related projects, products, and initiatives are rapidly evolving and today they should be regarded a central resource in the pursuit of successful business objectives and strategies.


This applied module investigates and discusses important project management-related topics and knowledge fields, such as digital project initiation, planning, implementation, communication, monitoring and risk management.

Students will complete several online business simulations and a Harvard Certification course.

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this module, students will be able to

(i) Draft a strategic digital project implementation strategy plan part of an international innovation incubator initiative.

(ii) Identify and implement successful strategies for managing virtual global project teams (Global Collaboration Simulation)

(iii) Practice collaboration and strategic decision-making to structure effective project diagnosis and response (IT Management Simulation: Cyber Attack)
