Part Time Graduate Programmes

All of our postgraduate degrees can be taken on a part-time basis, meaning students can pay lower fees each year and take the degree over two years instead of one.

We have implemented several innovations to our part-time schedule that will allow students to successfully complete their MSc while working,  giving them:

  • Flexibility to balance their academic pursuits with professional responsibilities. We offer late afternoon classes, classes in only some days of the week and several online modules. See here a sample schedule for 2024/25 for the MSc in Applied Economics and MSc in Economics and Data Analytics that offers a very flexible schedule for students also in employment.

  • Practical applications: we encourage MSc students to write their thesis in an area related to their current job.

  • Career enhancement: an MSc can open doors to new career opportunities and promotions within your current organization or elsewhere.
  • Financial Support: many employers offer tuition reimbursement or financial assistance for employees pursuing further education related to their field. Tuition fees are also paid over two years.

The modules for the part-time degree are the same as those taken by students on the full-time degree* and part-time students may do an internship (for the MSc in Applied/Behavioural Economics/ Economics and Data Analytics),  but not in an institution in which they are currently employed or were employed while registered for the MSc.
