UCD Operations Group serves as a forum space for offices to raise issues, advance improvements or share good working practices. We offer a mechanism to UCD staff to have their voice heard by gathering suggestions and ideas to prioritise our projects.
Our pilot project on ‘Access & Reporting’ was completed in March 2020. The project results are published on the link below, with our Access & Reporting Survey findings.
We would also like to thank all staff that participated in the sharing concerns, identifiying challenges and contributing solutions for informing our next enhancement projects commencing in Autumn 2020.
