To support potential international students and partners, we regularly travel overseas to participate in fairs, exhibitions, institutional visits and meet our agent network and prospective students. For entry 2025 we have introduced a new webinar series for prospective undergraduate and graduate taught applicants.

UCD Science Summer School of Discovery 2026
The UCD Science Summer School of Discovery is an enrichment programme designed for international students especially interested in learning more about the wide spectrum of sciences open for discovery in UCD. The UCD Science School of Discovery is delivered through taught lectures, hands-on laboratory experience, collaborative projects and learning under the mentorship of the UCD Science faculty.
Summer Programme Key Features
- Taught lectures and laboratories to learn about and engage with UCD Science
- Faculty-led workshops to learn about different degree options in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Mathematics and Computer Science
- Opportunities to meet one-on-one with UCD staff to discuss degree options
- Leadership and career development sessions
- Introduction to UCD’s student supports, clubs and societies
- Accommodation in UCD’s on-campus student residences.
