2019: November.  Defended his U/20 title in the National Senior Athletics Cross Country event in 19:36.

         Nominated for Irush U/20 Athlete of the Year

         5000 m. Bronze medal at U/20 European Championships, 1st Irish athlete to capture a long-distance medal in 28 years.
