Overview: This project aims to use novel non-viral, polymer-based gene therapy, with the potential to treat a broad range of severe genetic conditions. The first proof of concept therapy has been designed for the devastating genetic skin disease Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), with the next target being Cystic Fibrosis
