Multifunctional single-chain cyclized/knot polymers and their applications for Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB) wound healing

Project Title: Multifunctional single-chain cyclized/knot polymers and their applications for Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB) wound healing

Thematic Area: Rare Skin Diseases

 Focus of Research:  RDEB

Group Team members:  Sigen A, Rijian Song, Zishan Li

Overview: This project aims to apply the controlled/living polymerization approach on multivinyl monomers (MVMs) for the design and preparation of novel single-chain cyclized/knot polymers and demonstrate their potentials in biomedical applications, in particular, for Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB) wound healing.
