The Operations Group promotes an approach of community consultation for sharing and collating project ideas, prioritising a forum for focusing on staff challenges and enhancement needs.
This is completed a preliminary project scoping of impact and feasibility, together with variety of stakeholders. The reviewing of UCD’s operational processes will endorse a culture of continuous improvement through bridging gaps for the creation of an inclusive input ethos by surveying, brainstorming & workshops activities for reporting insights, expertise, and best practice for implementation by the Business Owner.
It is acknowledged further opportunities for discussions and methods of gathering staff feedback will evolve over time and will be incorporated depending on project business case need.
