Following the successful Access & Reporting v1.0 pilot, 2019-2020, the UCD Operations Group, Unified Support Model, and a number of central units have designed new information workshops for 2022 called Access & Reporting v2.0. These sessions will cover the reports that are currently provided by the participating central units, those who typically have access to these reports as well as those who grant access.
Access & Reporting v2.0 will facilitate dialogue between central units and frontline staff and thus allow participants to feed into requirements and possible improvements that will enhance your ability to support students and colleagues.
The sessions will be open to all staff, with primary focus on administrative and professional staff. Each week, one central unit will deliver a 15-20 minutes presentation on their chosen theme, which will be followed by at least a 30 minute workshop.
The information workshops will begin the week of Monday 28th February 2022 and run until our final session on Wednesday 27th April 2022.

UCD Global |
This session will focus on UCD’s Global’s Online Mobility Management system. This system was developed in consultation with schools and colleges (via the outbound mobility working group) for staff and students during exchanges. It allows the team to manage applications and process students up to their return from exchange, which facilitates centralised reporting and up to date information on numbers of students in each country and partner University. This has the added benefit of preparing the University for better crisis management going forward. |
