The UCD ‘Your Voice’ Survey was launched in June 2020 following a consultation process with stakeholders across the UCD community for the recommendation of the Operation Groups next project undertakings.
Participants were asked openly to share their personal experiences, suggestions and areas of recommendation for improvement & enhancement of staff professional wellbeing in their supportive roles for students.
Over the last number of months the Operations Group has been working to identifying the most significant and prioritizing the most challenging areas for staff, captured in over 140 separate expressions for improvement received.
We will now try to bring these topics forward for discussion and action and look for improvements in the areas you believe we should focus on from our findings below.
The six nominated areas and initiatives will be suggesting action over the next 24 months are:
- Timetabling
- Remote Working & Covid Planning
- Student placements and internship management
- Student extenuating circumstances process
- Research Student journey and operations
- Reporting
