TODOS Project Milestone 4 Report Released

University College Dublin (UCD) is pleased to share the publication of Milestone 4 (MS4) – “Diagnostic Report of Needs in Terms of Key Transversal Skills for Sustainable Local Development”, developed as part of the TODOS Project.
The report, coordinated by Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), Costa Rica, with contributions from all six partner universities, presents a comprehensive analysis of the transversal skills needed to support sustainable local development in diverse regional contexts.
