Building Connections: COGG and TG4 Meet UCD B.Ed. Students to Promote Irish Language and Culture

It was a pleasure to welcome (opens in a new window)COGG and (opens in a new window)TG4 to (opens in a new window)University College Dublin this week.

Representatives from An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta & Gaelscolaíochta (COGG) and TG4 met with our Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) DN760 students to discuss the important work both organisations undertake in supporting Irish-medium education and promoting the Irish language and culture.

We are very grateful to our guests for sharing their time, insights and expertise with our students. The session provided an excellent opportunity for future teachers to deepen their understanding of the wider educational and cultural landscape in which they will work.
