The BEd students took part in a Làmh workshop I organised this week in (opens in a new window)University College Dublin. Seeing their interest and commitment to an inclusive, communication-rich classroom practice and the seriousness with which they approached it, was such a reminder of the value of initial teacher education and the role it plays in preparing future teachers to support all learners in the classroom.
