P4G Training
P4G training workshops for Reviewers and Reviewees are delivered by our training partner Flow Group, during April, May, and June. P4G training for Cycle 2023-24 is available to book via InfoHub Booking Centre.
Training for Reviewees
As you prepare for your P4G conversation, you can access training 2 training options:
- e-Learning P4G Module for Reviewees: This 30 minute eLearning module outlines the P4G process and explains how to use the online system. Guidance on how to prepare for your P4G conversation is also covered This module is available on Brightspace.
- Reviewee Workshop: This 90 minute workshop involves practical exercises focussing on the elements of your P4G meeting including Reflection on Achievements & Challenges, Objective Setting and Development Planning. There is also a focus on receiving feedback against previous objectives and development plans. Book your place in Reviewee Workshop here.
In addition, Reviewees may also access LinkedIn Learning to further prepare for P4G conversations.

Training for Reviewers
For Reviewers, the training will build on a coaching approach to quality conversations. It looks at how to create the best environment for a positive conversation; reflection and feedback, objective setting and optimal development plans using the 70:20:10 Model.
Reviewers can access the training below depending on whether they are a first time Reviewer or if they have previously attended Reviewer training and would like to build their skill level:
- Training for First Time Reviewers: This training is mandatory for any Reviewer who has been assigned a Reviewee for the first time. This 2 hour and 45 minute session focuses on skills and mindset necessary as a Reviewer.
- Advanced Reviewer Training - Build on your experience: This training is optional for those who already fulfilled the role of a Reviewer for past P4G cycles. This 90 minute skills session focuses on giving feedback against previous years objectives and development plans and enhancing your skills as a Reviewer to provide the best possible experience for your Reviewees.
