Associate Director, Global Community
Caroline manages the Global Community Team and works closely with colleagues across UCD to develop international student supports, student engagement, intercultural awareness, and global engagement opportunities for students and staff.

Global Community Support Manager
Tyler leads the 'Community Support and Integration' function within the Global Community team which focuses on safety and wellbeing during global experiences (inbound and outbound students), responding to critical incidents, supporting cultural adjustment and integration, and expanding collaborative online global engagement opportunities for students and staff.

Global Engagement and Outreach Officer
Shamiso manages the UCD Global Lounge and Orientation programme. She is also responsible for organising events, leading student engagement activities and liaising with UCD Residences.

Student Immigration Adviser
Lara provides immigration advice and guidance for UCD students and staff members who may be advising students about their immigration requirements for studying in Ireland.

Andrew Grier
Student Immigration Assistant
Andrew acts as the first point of contact for international students looking for immigration support and related issues. His responsibilities include responding to telephone and email inquiries relating to student immigration, and liaising with students about specific requirements, appointments, documentation and events.

Lauren assists staff and students with general queries at the UCD Global Reception desk. In addition, she provides support for Global Lounge events, team administration and communications.
