Our research examines beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes toward the body. We are particularly interested in the link between body image, the internal bodily self (interoception), and well-being across the lifespan. Studies also examine the role of multisensory development and embodiment in learning.
We use a mixed-method approach that includes psychophysical testing, virtual reality, and online data collection.
