Message from Professor Michael Doherty, Dean & Head of School

Recently returned from a very rewarding visit to the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine by a team from the UCD College of Health and Agricultural Sciences led by Professor Steve Gordon, I reflect on another exciting year for the UCD School of Veterinary Medicine.  Kindly supported by Zoetis, the UCD² Transatlantic One Health Alliance is a partnership between UC Davis and the UCD School of Veterinary Medicine, which supports collaborative research in the One Health arena. The UCD team were treated to wonderful hospitality by Dean Michael Lairmore, Dr. Pat Conrad and all the UC Davis team. As the winter days draw in and whispers of Christmas grow louder, I look forward with great anticipation to our very special Vet School Carol Service.  Please enjoy reading our Alumni Newsletter.
