Una Europa for UCD staff
UCD staff from all backgrounds and expertise are invited to get involved in Una Europa to help design the European University of the Future. Whether your specialty is in administration, IT, mobility, human resources, legal, or teaching and learning - all have a role to play in forging a new path for education and research in Europe and beyond.
Involvement in Una Europa offers UCD staff the chance to bring their knowledge and creativity to a Europe-wide project, collaborating with peers across 11 institutions and countries, and gaining professional development, mobility and global networking opportunities along the way.
Opportunities on offer throughout the year include job shadowing through ‘Live My Life’, professional development with ‘Staff Training Week’, invitations to join expert groups, a chance to act as Staff Ambassador and myriad other opportunities to build connections across the alliance. (Dates for Live My Life and Staff Week will be announced in spring/summer 2024.)

As a UCD staff member, I’m very pleased to be part of Una Europa's Sustainability and Climate Protection task force, an area of great importance to UCD. And as Una Europa Staff Ambassador at UCD, my role is to raise awareness of key alliance activities and to encourage stakeholders within UCD to take part in the wonderful opportunities offered by this important network.
