Academic Statement

How to access your electronic Academic Statement.

If you began your programme after 2000, you can access an electronic copy of your Academic Statement online via SISWeb immediately, free of charge. To access your electronic Academic Statement, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to SISWeb by selecting Current Student or All Other Users. Current Students use their @ucdconnect.ie email; All Other Users use their username (i.e. student number). If you do not know your student number, please AskUs.
   Password = 6-digit DOB (DDMMYY) unless ​you changed​ it. Full info: How to Login to UCD IT Systems here.
2. Current student, go to Registration, Fees & Assessment > My Official Documents > Electronic Documents.
3. Alumnus, go to Academic Services > Official Documents > Electronic Documents.
4. "Enable" the Academic Statement for verification by clicking the "click to enable access" button beside it.
5. Click on the "Academic Statement" to download & save a pdf of your Academic Statement.

How to order a hard copy of your Academic Statement.

If you began your programme prior to 2000, your Academic Statement is not available as a pdf online.  You can order a hard copy of your Academic Statement by following the steps below:

1. Log in to SISWeb by selecting Current Student or All Other Users. Current Students use their @ucdconnect.ie email; All Other Users use their username (i.e. student number). If you do not know your student number, please AskUs.
   Password = 6-digit DOB (DDMMYY) unless ​you changed​ it. Full info: How to Login to UCD IT Systems here. 
2. Current student, go to Registration, Fees & Assessment > My Official Documents > Request Hard Copy Documents
3. Alumnus, go to Academic Services > Official Documents > Request Hard Copy Documents. 
4. Go to New Request & click "Alternative Address/comments/contact info" button (enter your contact info & any additional comments if required) & click save.
5. Choose Academic Statement from the document list.
6. Proceed to Checkout - Academic Statements are €11 (this includes postage).  You will be sent 2 sets of Academic Statements for each order.

• Documents cannot be processed unless a completed application is received by the Student Desk. 
• All of our Academic Documents are printed on secure paper with several safety features.

UCD treats the fraudulent duplication or amendment of its official documents as a serious offense. Any such action will be considered a breach of UCD Regulations & will trigger disciplinary procedures. Such matters may also constitute a criminal offense &, as such, are liable to be reported to An Garda Síochána.
