Conferring of degrees June and September 2025

Over 1,000 students at University College Dublin were conferred with their degrees on Monday 23 June, among them many from the School of Computer Science.

PhD Conferrings

Twenty Computer Science PhD candidates were conferred with their doctorate in a ceremony in the O’Reilly Hall at UCD and celebrated their achievement afterwards. A further 5 PhDs were conferred on 3rd September.

MSc Advanced Software Engineering

This part-time masters programme is designed for experienced software engineers who wish to advance their skillset in areas of computer science and software development that impact directly on their work. Four MSc ASE students were conferred with their degree.
