Resourcing Videos for Hiring Managers
UCD HR are delighted to launch an internal custom made training programme based on demand and feedback from our hiring managers.
This new programme contains 9 mini-modules to allow hiring managers to subscribe to the ones that meet their own individual needs.
The content ranges from raising an online hiring form, collating a job description, shortlisting and interview skills right through to onboarding a new employee at UCD.
All modules are recorded and can be completed at ones own pace. The modules range between 2 and 15 minutes in length.
We would encourage all hiring managers and especially any Board of Assessors to complete this training in advance of any next new hire.
