Rethinking the Relationship between Plagiarism and Academic Integrity

In this 2019 article the authors explore the evolution of the concept of academic integrity and critically evaluate the moral dimensions of this phenomenon. They propose to distinguish between, on the one hand, cheating behaviours and, on the other, textual errors – or more simply put, bad writing.
