Internship Programme for Students- BA Humanities

Internship Information for BA Humanities Students

BA Humanities students have the opportunity to apply for a 30 credit academic internship in autumn or spring of stage 3. Many of our graduates have gone on to pursue careers across a range of sectors including: media and journalism; arts and culture; government and public sector; law and advocacy; marketing and communications; business and innovation. The internship option at stage 3 represents an exciting opportunity to gain experience in an area related to your field of study, explore specific industries that interest you or gain insights into a particular career path.

An internship will allow you to practically apply the skills and learning you have developed in your academic work to a workplace environment. Placement on the internship programme is competitive, and students are encouraged to engage with the wide range of supports from the Careers Network.
